All orders are processed within 3-5 Days . after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that non individual update will be sent, Client will need to reach out for any update. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that all orders are customs.
We strive to ship promptly, but potential delays in production or delivery due to a high volume of orders are beyond our control.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from shipping company which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at Miraclescraftstudio@gmail.com or on this number +961 81 29 30 19, provide us with your name and order number, and we will get back to you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order.
